DESCRIPTION:The Cape Town Concert Series presents a season of concerts focused around its Steinway Grand Piano – which turns 65 this year and is considered one of the finest recital pianos in the country. For the 5th concert\, we invite pianist Charl du Plessis to bring us the lighter side of Mozart with his award-winning trio\, joined by Richard Cock conducting the Cape Town Festival Orchestra. \n  \nThe concert starts at 11am in the Baxter Concert Hall\, as the perfect start to the weekend. The Baxter restaurant and bar are open before and after the concert\, and you are welcome to take your drinks into the hall to enjoy with the music. \n  \nCharl\, Richard\, and the band will join the audience afterwards in the foyer to enjoy a glass of merlot in celebration of the 270th anniversary of Mozart\, who was born on 27 January 1756.
